From Norfolk Naval Base
Begin by traveling east on I-64. Next, take exit 284 B toward Newtown Rd. Follow the ramp toward Newtown Rd. South. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto N Newtown Rd/ VA-403. Travel for almost a mile and then turn left onto E Virginia Beach Blvd. Travel just under half a mile and then end at 6512 E Virginia Beach Blvd.

From Oceana Naval Air Station
Begin by traveling on South Oceana Blvd, toward I-264. Merge on to I-264 W, toward Norfolk. Travel for almost 9 miles. Next, take the Newtown Rd exit. At the fork in the road, keep to the right to travel north on Newtown Rd. Travel just under half a mile and then turn left onto Virginia Beach Blvd. After less than half a mile, end at 6512 E Virginia Beach Blvd.

From Little Creek Naval Amphibious Base
Begin traveling on US-60/ Shore Dr toward VA-166 S/Diamond Springs Rd. Next, turn onto VA-166 S/Diamond Springs Rd. Travel for just over a mile until there is a fork in the road. At the fork, stay to the left to travel of Diamond Springs Rd. After traveling just under 2 miles, Diamond Springs Rd. turns into Newtown Rd. Travel another mile and then turn right onto E Virginia Beach Blvd. Make an immediate left to stay on E Virginia Beach Blvd. After traveling a tenth of a mile, end at 6512 Virginia Beach Blvd.
